Sickbeard not getting info from Spotweb

Postby dennuzz » Sat Dec 29, 2012 7:20 am

Hi,

I'm struggling with sickbeard getting info from a locally hosted (same server/qnap as sickbeard) spotweb.

Sickbeard is all setup, but when i try so make it search in spotweb, it gives me this error:

Dec-29 14:15:23 ERROR SEARCHQUEUE-MANUAL-SEARCH :: Error loading Spotweb URL: http://192.168.0.180/spotweb/api?ep=10& ... 030%2C5040
Dec-29 14:15:23 WARNING SEARCHQUEUE-MANUAL-SEARCH :: Timed out while loading URL http://192.168.0.180/spotweb/api?ep=10& ... 030%2C5040

When i try the link in a browser (Chrome for example) it give me a xml result. It takes some time, but it works. (timeout set to short?)

Can someone please help me with this?

thanks,

i stand corrected.. i tried 7 or 8 different shows. But after adding a new one, this new one seems to work..
The other shows in SB were imported from existing folders.. maybe there's a difference?
I/m going to try to replace an imported one with a newly added. Let's see..

Unfortunately it was only once..
Still i get this response:
Dec-30 12:26:49 ERROR SEARCHQUEUE-MANUAL-SEARCH :: Error loading Spotweb URL: http://192.168.0.180/spotweb/api?ep=10& ... 030%2C5040
Dec-30 12:26:48 WARNING SEARCHQUEUE-MANUAL-SEARCH :: Timed out while loading URL http://192.168.0.180/spotweb/api?ep=10& ... 030%2C5040

Is there any way to increase the timeout? Because the url pasted in a browser gives a good result, only it takes some time..

Thanks.

It seems spotweb fixed something, and in the latest release it works a lot better.
See this link to a similar issue concerning CP: https://github.com/spotweb/spotweb/issues/1673

Case closed.

Case not closed i'm afraid :(

Still only receiving this from my local spotweb:

Jan-15 13:10:19 ERROR SEARCHQUEUE-BACKLOG-72108 :: Error loading Spotweb Thuis URL: http://192.168.0.180/spotweb/api?apikey ... 030%2C5040
Jan-15 13:10:19 WARNING SEARCHQUEUE-BACKLOG-72108 :: Timed out while loading URL http://192.168.0.180/spotweb/api?apikey ... 030%2C5040
Jan-15 13:09:49 INFO SEARCHQUEUE-BACKLOG-72108 :: Searching for stuff we need from NCIS season 10

I'm going crazy, i have no clue why this keeps happening.

When i paste the url in the error in a browser on my network i get :

So that's looks ok.

Any body an idea how to solve this?

many thanks!

Did you try to change the time-out ?
As this seems to give problems , it's to short for spotweb to react
