Post Processing failure

Postby Thiels852 » Fri Nov 23, 2012 8:44 am

I'm having trouble getting the post processing to work. SB sends to SAB, SAB dls, cleans up, then when SB is supposed to rename and move the files, it fails. In trying to diagnose the problem I tried moving the files to another folder and use Manual Post Processing, but I am getting the same error. They are on an external drive attached via USB. I also tried unchecking the "rename files" config setting in the Post Processing screen, and it still failed. It seems to be the moving of the files that is the problem. I think it might be a file permission thing, but I chmodded the files to 775.

Here's what I get in the error logs:
2012-11-23 10:09:36.837581 CP Server Thread-6 :: Failed creating /Go On/ : 13
2012-11-23 10:09:36.839366 CP Server Thread-6 :: Unable to move file /Volumes/Drobo/Temp/Complete/Go.On.S01E06.720p.WEB.DL.DD5.1.H.264-ScT/Go.On.S01E06.Big.League.Chew.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-ScT.mkv to /Go On/Season 01/s1e06 - Big League Chew.mkv: 2

Here's what I get in the manual post processing results:

HAve a look at the permission of the main folder.
I also see that you are sending to the ROOT of the HDD .. this might also cause the problem
