How to uninstall sickbeard to start again?

Hi all,

I've got to the point where I don't know how I've messed up my sickbeard install, and I think it'd be easier to try again and follow http://www.ainer.org/?p=747 to the letter.

Is it simply a case of deleting the .sickbeard folder? or is there a cleaner way of doing it?
