The dialog with utorrent is failing. Bad utorrent installation or firewall and sistem settings.

The shortcut to run sickbeard from the python source is something like: "D:\python\python.exe" SickBeard.py

Change the python.exe to pythonw.exe and it will run sickbeard in the background...no more console window.

Is it possible to integrate the Anime branch into this one? https://github.com/lad1337/Sick-Beard

Any guidance or a solution will be greatly appreciated

Hi guys,

Firstly thanks for the effort that's gone into this.

I downloaded and set this up at the weekend, and finally got it working. The only problem now seems to be that although episodes are being found and downloaded, they are forever in the 'Snatched' state - and it doesn't seem that any post-processing is happening (moved + renamed).

There doesn't seem to be any errors in the logs either.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated :)

I've tried everything on this now. I've just created a new Virtual Machine to try this again (running win 7 32). I've got nothing installed on, and I'm following the guide to the letter. I'll report back and let you know if it works.

Just a thought: do I need to tick 'Scan and Process' in post-processing options? It doesn't mention it in your guide, but my previous issue was that it wasn't moving/renaming automatically.

Still no luck, for some reason SB isn't finding available episodes. I've used Agents of SHIELD as a test and this is what the log (info) says. Can someone PLEASE help? I must be doing something wrong. The only search provider I'm using is TPB, but that can't be an issue as if I click the 'search' next to the episode, it finds them manually fine!

Same thing happening to me, episodes are snatched and downloaded but they are never renamed or moved to their destination.
Did you find any help Ch1lly?

Unfortunately I didn't, no. I did a clean installation of everything which has actually made my situation worse (it's failing to even find episodes now) - so I'd suggest trying to find a solution here rather than start again.

I've been reading forums all day and somewhere someone suggested using nzbToMedia to do the post-processing/moving of downloaded files. Thing is I can't find good documentation about what does it do, but at least it is supposed to work with torrents.

Have you tried that?
